Candidly Christian is powered by a group of women working together to help you grow in your walk with God. We refer to ourselves as the Candid gals, and each of one us is a real woman, living real life. We aren’t on stage. We won’t put on airs or try to look better than we really are. We share the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to living life as a Christian woman in the real world. Find out more about us below:
Heather Hart
Heather Hart is an internationally best-selling and award-winning author with an unquenchable passion for Jesus. Life with four fun-filled teens doesn’t always provide the quiet atmosphere her introverted personality and chronic migraines crave, but she loves them all like crazy and the gospel is a balm for her soul. Heather’s hope is that, while she is struggling through this thing called life, she is pointing others towards Jesus along the way.
Valerie is a wife, mother, blogger, breast cancer survivor, and the co-director of Candidly Christian (as well as our Prayer Team Liaison). After suffering years of debilitating anxiety, she learned that victory over anxiety comes only through surrender to Jesus. You can read more about Valerie’s story on Medium @VictoryThroughSurrender.
Parker J. Cole is an author, radio show host, speaker, and executive of PJC Media Network. She is an on and off recovering Mountain Dew and marshmallow addict with a fanatical obsession with the Lord, Star Trek, K-dramas, anime, romance books, old movies, speculative fiction, and knitting who writes to fill the void the sugar left behind.
Jaime Hampton lives in Southcentral Alaska with her husband and three children. She has been involved with ministry to children and youth for over twenty years. Stephanie Carter is an author, Bible teacher, and course creator as well as a mom of two sons. She is a passionate lover of Jesus Christ. She has her Doctorate in Theology and resides in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Her purpose in life is to instill discipline, integrity, and uncompromising spirit of character within women.

Sarah is an entrepreneur and published author, currently living in Dallas, Texas. Her dreams include founding businesses, giving strategically, and sharing art with the world. And her life motto is: Every number has a name, every name has a story, and every story is worthy of being shared.
Sherry Chamblee is an aspiring author of Christian fiction, mom of six, wife to a cool dude, and caregiver to his granny. She is doing her best to let God do His best in her and often failing but trying to get back up again.
Jessica is a writer who desires for women to know that they are loved by a beautiful Creator, and in hopes to encourage women in their walks with Christ, she began blogging on her site The Path I Follow. Coffee, chocolate, and pink roses are her love languages, and she will use any excuse possible to make cupcakes. But above all, she has a deep love for Christ, and a desire to follow where He will lead. Jessica currently lives in Norwalk, CT with her husband Mike, and two children, Charlie and Olivia. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, walks at the beach, helping with women’s ministry at her church, and relaxing on her parent’s boat.
